they would not waste their time going out to some place like that and just tearing something up.....they would have stripped and stolen everything they could have gotten their hands on and probably tear it up doing it, but they would not just tear it up for fun
they may go wild in the middle of town when cracked out, but if they manage to get to a place like the one in the story they are going to strip it for all they can....not tear it up
and I am certainly not taking up for crack and meth heads, but it is important to narrow down who would this and it is not them....it is bored kids or someone targeting them | |
