The flapper that was destroyed had 4 plastic flaps on the outside of the house, the other flapper design I’ve seen had a flimsy flap inside the pipe back a couple inches from the end of the pipe that also had a hood over the end of it. That style may have been discontinued years ago I don’t know, that style was used when we first got married 56 years ago.
