Three thoughts -

1.  I hope they catch the SOB's.  Its stupidity and malice.  What's the point behind an act like this.

2.  Is 4,000 acres qualify as a BTO?  Maybe its a regional thing.

3.  9650 worth $200,000?  Maybe if it had a $100,000 header on it...
