I don't know if this has any bearing on anything, but 15 or to 20 years ago, when on local cenex board, we had a compensation package given us to review as to know the range of our coop managers wages at that time. Managers wages went up quite a bit, I think, as a result of following these printed guidelines. A person just has to figure out who is writing those compensation manuals.
