Oh for heavens sake! And you call yourself a Texan?

We played with those fellers all the time as kids. Even gave 'em names and fed 'em flies (mine was named George, of course). Just had to be gentle. Nobody ever got seriously hurt or died, so what was to be scared of?

edit to add: Well, Mom was less than happy...we weren't allowed to bring them in the house, for starters.
