IMO, it goes back to "Why are you doing the show?" If you are doing it for the right reasons(for the benefit of others), then it makes no difference whatsoever who gets the "glory". If you are doing it for yourself, because you want to be the center of attention, then someone else hogging "your" attention might bother you. Perhaps it is time to take a look in the mirror and contemplate your motives. I think Billybob gave good advice as well. If someone wants the glory, let him have it. The ones who really matter will know who actually deserves the credit, and you will be a much larger man in their eyes if you let someone else have the spotlight. Don't let emotions rule. The chickens always come home to roost. |
