IL. | you can ask the concrete dispatcher he should be of some help at least ours is, but for just a siewalk a 5.5 sx. is plenty strong, but the drive should be at least a 6 sx. you definitely want finish sand ,tell them its a outside pour so they put air intrainment in it. other than that tell them to keep it a a 4" slump unless you need it dryer for steps or sloup, you can wet it up to your satisfaction when the tk. gets there. good luck and if your formss are about ground when you think you have enough stakes and supports add some more ! nothing worse than your forms moveing half way through the pour, also be sure your clear on how much time you have to unload the truck. good luck Bob | |
