I would say too that's it's definitely in a name. You could say "ham" or you could say "cured pork roast". I think more people would buy the ham cuz they "know" what ham is. lol

Forgot to add, if it's uncured....why the extreme amount of sodium? Probably 2 slices a serving or so. That seems like a lot to me anyways. Curious to know what the cured ham slices are for sodium. YIKES probably. We still eat it, not Oscars' but I'm sure it's not much different. I see it also says 24% seasoning solution...what that means, I'm not sure compared to cured.
