I'm far from.a diet expert. I have read that it is by far the worst of the recent fad diets.

Fad diet, well it was developed in the 1920’s to help treat epilepsy.
Is it a bad diet? no but is it for everyone, no.
The Mediterranean diet or a cross of the two seem to be more realistic.
Fat has been given a bad name, the SRF, now the sugar association was behind a prominent study.

Most here will hate to hear what anyone promoting the Keto diet have to say because corn/wheat/soy growers are on the hit list.
I’ve removed a lot of carbs from my diet, diabetes runs in the family. Actually feeling a lot better and less hungry besides. |
