How's it thier fault? That's pretty damn simple. They hire union employees. Don't hire union employees and if one talks it, fire them. I think right now with the job demand theres plenty of people needing work that would do so with the condition they want to keep thier job, they don't join/form/ a union.
Unions have been A Hellion for the public. They are worthless for me.
