I'm on a different diet. 0 caffeine0 salt,. 0 sugar, 0 whites, 0 milk. No bread at all is major difference to keto. What I can eat. Bacon/ sausage/ eggs. - salad. Green vegetables, Adkins bars,. Steak/ fish,. Baked meats. I dropped 40# in 30 days.
