My favorite place for cheese...Paoli, Wisconsin. Little two-block town with a tiny but amazing cheese store. Their motto: "If you're lost, you've found Paoli". BEST 4- and 5-year-old aged cheddar makes mac-n-cheese that ROCKS. Try their potato cheese if they have it (supply is limited). http://www.paolicheese.com/
