They can get up and leave anytime they want now, so I don't see much change there. I do think EVERYONE should pay overtime after 40 hours. Any other business has to budget for overtime. You get better work out of them too. Guys don't mind putting in the 80+ hour weeks when they know they are getting OT. I guess you could pay them salary.
