Subject: Re: Honey bees

We have a person who brings in bees to help with pollination of our strawberries and pumpkins. Thus year he brought in 13 hives that spent the winter in California working in the almond groves and orange groves. We have found that they help with fruit size and shape. He has told us the bees will travel 5 miles to find enough pollen to work.
He doesn't charge us to supply the bees but we give him all of the strawberries he wants.
