In a field that has a waterway I must hit at an angle, I fold the Shoup spray arms down to keep tip hight correct with planter raised (look at them in the catalog and you can see how they work...just takes a 3/4 wrench to loosen...5 minutes to put them down and 5 min to put them back in position) and I outline the waterway with the planter raised before I start planting.....there is still some overlap, but I do the same thing with the sprayer so I see no difference.
