NE Ga | A few years a go I had a iPhone 6. Planned to make where only I could use it by having pass word to unlock. Something went wrong and I could not get phone unlocked. Worked with it for hours. Tech savy niece came to rescue. Contacted Apple help on iMac. Given number to call at Apple. Spoke with real person.Talked her through process of connecting iPhone to iMac & pushing correct keys. Left connected for 1 hour and phone was unlocked and all photos and info was in tact.
