To hear JD tell it, the reason they want bigger dealers is to provide the high tech service that smaller dealers can't provide....guess they don't think that normal service and readily available parts are important to their current customers. Its like the auto industry where the mega dealers have untrained kids doing as much of the work as possible rather than paying a good mechanic the wages it takes to keep them. Oh, well, makes the short run bottom line look good and there are always new customers out there to replace the old ones, aren't there?
