Stewart, MN | We were in the same boat a few years ago. I had checked on a new 10K bin and a used dryer with a lowry wet bin all in one that would have cost us $55K for everything except electrical. A new 9x30' Top dry with two burners would have been $70+K for the bin no electrical. We (through NAT) found a used Top Dry and put that up for roughly $40K with electrical. I like the Top Dry. I can be drying a batch or filling the next batch and loading out dry corn at the same time and It has almost no moving parts to fail.
