Following ..... New comodity shed is on our radar too.

From what I've gleaned the last couple years- bigger is better.
Deep lanes and large apron out front.
Just wondering what size you have in mind ? With 12 years at 500 month,
my math says about 65 grand for a building.
With 8 foot concrete walls, floor and pad, what size will you end up with?

Last price I got on a 50 X 80 mono slope style with 8 ft X 10" walls, floor and 30 ft pad was north
of 100 grand......... yikes !!!
That included no bay walls or site prep.
Plan to use blocks or barrier walls for partitions.
