"Sidenote..... have a friend that bought a Tesla. She has had more problems with that thing in the first couple months than I have had in the entire life of my 2004 Silverado. And you can't begin to do ANY work yourself. But there's still a lot of major flaws and quirks in those things...."





  She sold into the dream, not the car. Those people that believe in Musk and by extension, Tesla, are akin to "fanatics", some, not all.
