If you are a New Testament guy, I want you as a neighbor!!  Let's see, he was taking over 1.2 acres, so you being a standup New Testament type guy would willing let me have 2.4 acres.  Thank you.  I suppose if a take your tractor you will willingly give me the planter too.  About harvest time I take your combine, do I get a truck or a tractor and grain cart?  Have to make plans you know.  Oh boy would I like you for my neighbor.  I see my income going up and expenses going down.
