In Ohio it's legal as long as it moves within 90 days, trailer or pull it out. Have a neighbor that has an liquid fertilizer trailer on the farm, said he has never been hassled but if he was, he'd hook to it and pull it over to his brother's house. They have a dirt path across the farm connecting them so no need for tags or legal. I bet that would be stopped pretty quick but he is ready for the first time he has to deal with it....
No nothing about Ohio regs, but different regs in ILL for NH3 and liquid storage. Trailer would be legal for liquid storage not for Nh3. |
