You supply everything except for the pig, the feed and any vaccines/antibiotics that are used.
You build and pay for the building. Insure it, pay taxes on it, repair it. Supply (or hire out of your pocket) all labor including loading hogs and washing the building between groups.
Its basically a work for free/poop proposition for 12-15 yrs while you pay for the building. After the building is paid for you finally start getting paid something for beating your body up working with hogs.
