New Mexico | haul em to court.
Since damages seem to be continuous on this...sue for say 10k.
That might get their attention.
Trespass on this would be criminal. Whereas the damages are civil.
Keep in mind, once you have the history of guilt ruled on the trespass and littering too....
The civil suit ie Damages is a "slam dunk"....most likely they'll pay you so they do NOT have to go to court on it ( that's what their attorney will recommend ).
