Central, IL | 2nd one. Ass chewings have been handed out before and does not do any good. Few years ago they had five tractors ripping ground in the same field. As I went by one of them was in my no-till field laying off an angle. I got out of the truck, walked out into the field. About halfway through his second pass he was headed towards me and turned around in the middle of the field and headed the other way. Obviously he did not want to talk to me. I then caught another guy and "kindly" chewed him. The problem with employees is they dont care and neither does management. Make sure it gets planted and wont be back until fall. Another farmer had to get the sherrif involved because management would not return phone calls from a complaint.
