Subject: RE: Pretty impressive numbers

I wonder sometimes how they make such decisions. Seems like we are just one election cycle away from changing the rules back to what they were before. For that reason I believe a company like GM wisely moves away from Detroit to Mexico. Is not the steel company afraid of higher taxes on the horizon or a newly elected Prez that will vow to destroy the coal industry, impose burdensome restrictions, raise the capital gains tax or etc?

Our past history was not kind to steel factories. Why would they think it is going to be different this time? $1 Billion is a lot of money. As patriotic as I try to be, I do not think I would invest in that type of industry based upon one President's agenda.

Do not get me wrong. I support such growth, but with our electorate trending left it just seems like the writing is almost written on the wall for the future.
