Is this right? (I thought after I posted that this morning it wasn't quite what I had in my mind)

I am not sure a person necessarily needs to be able to draw and explain everything about basic household/farm electricity to be able to work on it. I know what wires are what and how to wire up an electrical circuit safely. Now if somebody could draw me a picture of 3 phase I would really appreciate it.
