SE SD | Need to go through the planning process. See what resource concerns there is. What are your goals and objectives. Funding should be one of last Steps. Will cost share boundary fence in SD if seeding cropland back to grass. There is possible other funding sources for boundary fence that the planner should know about. Pipeline and tank and what not will need to be engineered to NRCS specs. Remember it’s your plan and not theirs. Ask questions if don’t get something. Here in SD all steps of planning must be done and have design and plan in place before you go to ranking other wise won’t have a chance at getting funded. | |
