Subject: 2090 Seeds per pound

West Central MN
We got some Asgrow Round Up Ready 2 soybeans which came in at 2090 seeds per pound. It is amazing how big those beans look. They came directly from Chile where they were grown last winter. They are an experimental RR2 number so don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.

Had trouble at first on the CaseIH 1200 planter with planting these beans way too heavy on population. Had to move the singulator setting to 5 and that took care of the problem.
