South-Western Ohio

Same way with our weather forcasters here that are out of Columbus. You can almost always plan on the cold front or rain to arrive a day earlier.I usually look at Cinncinnatti,Dayton and Columbus forcasts and average them out and can come real close on when it will hit.Now pop-up storms are a completely different horse to break.

One day last week the forcast was for the storm front to hit in the late evening- midnight.I checked things out and said it would be raining here around 5pm.Guess who was right?.If you guessed me you are correct thanks to watching the radar and estimating how fast and which way it was moving.

I liked the weather forcast Wednesday and Thursday,no chance of rain through next Tuesday.Well there was a 10% chance of a scattered storm on Friday they said.It did look like it could rain at anytime today, but narry a thing on the radar.Back to the no rain forcast for the weekend,it now is calling for a 40-50% chance of each day now.

Ok i feel better after my little rant.

Randy.
