We've had a hotsy for 15+ years? Wash a lot of stuff all year round. Haven't touched the electric motor or pump yet. Replaced the burner coil once for to lime buildup but otherwise a great unit. They're isn't one thing on it hotsy can't repair/replace so I would definitely recommend
