We've got a few of them. They work fine, but you have to be careful with the 1/4" NPT swivel on the input side. You'll not the swivel is attached differently than some of the higher priced reels and that much of the stress from the supply hose to the reel can take it's toll if you don't mount it carefully. Look at the swivel you'll see the problem. BUT....mount it so the supply hose is not stressing the reel & it will last many years. Ours has.
