I wonder if foreign capital flows into the US have changed any due to Trump's foreign policy of everything has to be his way or you're his enemy. Might not affect anything when the market is going up, but when the market is flat or dropping, then maybe the money is going elsewhere(which might be a reason why the Fed raised interest rates, too maybe?)
