Good analogy fezman. Or a new Silverado that cost $32,000 ten years ago can now be bought for a whopping $125,000. People are overpaying for stocks right now. It needs to correct about 10,000 points and get down below 20,000 for a good long time. Just don't have all your eggs in the stock market basket. That said I think the economy is going good in our area. It must be. I went to our local snowmobile dealer last week and there were probably 30 brand new sleds in their inventory that had SOLD tags on them with the persons name on them. I was stunned. They have a huge showroom full of sleds and atv's and it was booming. People love expensive toys.

Wait, wait, wait..... A Silverado for $125,000??????????????

I just bought a WT model back in March for $37,000. I know a lot of people buy fancier ones, but I run the wheels off of vehicles at over 50,000 a year. Do they really have top-end options that high? I thought it plateaued in the up $60's.

Get the WT double cab guys. Adults and car seats can easily fit in the back. The doors are just like crew, but 3" shorter. Cloth seats, rubber floor. It's really comfortable and nice. They make pickups ride like a Cadillac anymore; I guess it's the benefit of suburbanites buying them so they can haul something stupid once or twice a year and so they can "sit up high".

You don't need the premium options to have a really, really nice truck!
