Instead of it being the Dow Jones index going from 6700 to over 26000 in about 10 years, and instead it was the price of an acre of land, would you be excited about jumping in at 23000 an acre?
Not to argue your point. It's a fair one. But the move from ~6,700 to ~26,000 took around 23 years.
