E.Central MN | So if they eliminate part of their sales force doesn't that also mean its pretty likely that they'll be selling less vehicles in the future? After all, if you no longer have that local dealer that provides support for that Chev/Ford/Chrysler, then a lot of people are going to say they could just as well buy a different brand. Besides, if people want to shop around when the local dealer isn't competitive, then I doubt 50 miles will stop them when the internet and telephone is available. I can see reducing the multiple dealerships in large metro areas, but I doubt that that is the way it will happen. | |
