My almost 90 year old mother had her pacemaker replaced a couple of weeks ago. Day surgery. In at 10, surgery at 12 and she was back home for supper. She had to keep an ice pack on it for 48 hours which was her biggest complaint. Hers had been in there for 13 years.
Isn't wayfarin a pain. I have to take that wretched stuff too and it makes any surgery, dental work or a minor nick a problem.
Lovenox - not as fun as it sounds.....
