Subject: RE: Ethanol bashing left and right

Rush was even crazier than usual today.......

Played the tape of the disappointed Chrysler dealer who had his franchise cancelled. While I sympathize with the dealer, over the loss of his business, what would he have had left if Chrysler had gone "belly=up"? Either way the dealer would have lost his franchise.

At least SOME dealers may survive under the reorganization plan. In my world SOME is usually better than NONE.

then Rush allowed as how the selection process of the closed dealers just MIGHT be a case of Obama selecting Republican dealers to kill. As soon as Rush can prove that, I'll start believing him.

I certainly don't understand his antipathy towards ethanol, either. Ethanol would have been economically viable had not the oil/gasoline/commodity markets gone crazy last summer. It will be viable again after the recession, if it can hold on for another year or so. When gasoline gets back to $3, ethanol will look a whole lot better. Showboat
