Churdan, IA | Of course every area and soil type responds differently, but we plant right behind the strip-till machine on our own farms that do not get applied in the fall. We have not seen any burn yet. We are about 3" under the seed and obviously sealed well. Burn happens when Urea is converting to nh3 quickly spiking soil ph which requires oxygen, so usually happens with poor seal or really light soils. | |
