Churdan, IA | This test was applied on 11/13/17. As you can see there was a lot of moisture in Hamilton County. Soil temp stayed below 50 degrees. We apply as early as October 1st. Have a little wider window than NH3. We want to see 60 degree ground temps and falling before we start. Our earlier applications always perform the best, I think because the tilliage job and coverage is better. | |
