Churdan, IA | Urea blend was applied with a LYNX strip-till rig. Not sure on fertility levels of the farm in this test. Have another test on high and low fertility farm in Greene County Iowa where the farmer just bought the 80 next to him that had been mined. We applied the center 80 acres on that farm so 40 acres on high fertility ground and 40 acres on low fertility. Yield advantage for injected urea blend was 22.5bpa on low fertility side and 7.5bpa on the high fertility side. | |
