Get on the cover crop speaker circuit and in magazines. Heavily promote oats as a cover crop. Bin your oats and sell them as seed for cover crops. Should be able to get $4-5 a bushel.
On serious side, they are good for grazing and haying. A little tougher to make money on the grain side.
