Scranton | So, looking at the yields, we were a stone's throw away from many of those those yields while suffering through some pounding rains in June followed by dryness in July. It makes me think of the yields Francis was supposedly kicking out 15 or 20 years ago. Were they real? I honestly don't see how one solitary person could accomplish this with so consistently while others that follow...that spoon feed nitrogen, that have much better genetics (shown above when we can grow corn like that with marginal weather), better equipment, etc.
I realize it doesn't matter in the scheme of things...just crossed my mind. | |
