Meanwhile at the farms they own, they offer a real paycheck with no money invested to get it or 10 year contract that says your not going to get a raise and can’t quit. plus you get health insurance, retirement, days off, etc.

And they can’t get a white guy to do it...

Some things just don’t make sense
