| Depending on the hopper it may or may not work. I have auger tube extended over the top of the auger so the mineral can only flow in from the sides, that made a huge difference. When the auger stops it doesn’t fill up, I just trimmed a little off until I got it close to FLA on the motor. How long is the auger and how much incline? I think I’ve got a 2hp on a maybe 12ft auger 4inch and it’s restriced down quite a bit, I’d say it probably flows 2lbs a second.
