Subject: RE: Building those braces

Between Omaha and Des Moines, 7 miles South of I80

I'm going to question:

Why two 10 foot gates and not just one 20 foot steel pasture gate? {note: I assume these will be swinging gates = hanging}

Do you plan to create an overlap, on those two 10 foot gates, in the "center" ; so they can be chained together(with a little overlap, like 1.0-1.5 FT) and don't bang around, in the wind?

2nd note: If you do raise your cross brace, try to "plan ahead" on where your horizontal barb wires will be and center your cross brace, between them = that gives you a little more room, to wrap the "ends of your wire", on your corner posts, after you cut them to the appropriate lenght.
