SW, Missouri

Family spent thanksgiving in Branson with inlaws who had passes to the new huge aquarium and museum at the bass pro shop flagship store in springfield, Missouri. The restaurant inside had no items whatsoever that contained beef. They had blt sandwiches, chicken, pulled pork, cheese or pepperoni pizza, fish items, and other items but not one form of beef available. It takes about two hours to go through the museum, and two more to go through the aquarium as the path is over a mile long, and there are no other options if your kids are hungry. I left with the feeling of being shut out of the market. There are a lot of cattle in Ozark country. What's do you think about it?
I assume you mean Hemingway's? Menu online showed many beef choices..
