Yup thats what everyone wants test tube matrix fake meat.
If the yuppies dont like GMO then i doubt test tube meat will be the ticket.
Currently cost of production is very high. Who knows maybe test tube eat at 30$ a lbs in 15 years will be good for beef industry.
I think current cost is upwards of 1000/lbs coul be wrong bot too up to date on it.
