MD | So there’s 4.5 acres of woods for sale right next to my farm. They really want a crazy amount of money for it ($135,000) which I would offer less than that obviously. There is a little money in the timber and after that I would probably clear the rest and seed in a pasture mix and add onto my 19 acre pasture. Would this be worth it? I may have to unload a tractor or something to make it work.
Edit.... the land really wouldn’t be good for anything other than pasture... one section is kinda a steep hill
