Bad: Turned green last, turned brown first, tracked in the house in the winter.
Good: Tough stuff, almost no weed problems. Stayed green with little water. Slow growing, so not as much mowing.
It does spread. If you have zoyzia, eventually your neighbors will wether they want it or not.
I liked it, my wife didn't becuase of the brownness in our climate for 4-5 months a year..
